Hygiene Standards

Water Quality

Our pods and open float rooms are the only ones in New Zealand that are completely emptied and thoroughly sanitized after every client. Every drop of water is filtered at least twice to ensure maximum cleanliness and hygiene.
Our filtration system is designed to provide maximum cleanliness and hygiene for our clients via a multi-step process that includes:

a 1-micron filter to remove particles,

a sand and glass filter to remove impurities,

UV light to eliminate the potential for any microorganisms,

The addition of H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide) to sanitize the water.

The water is also saturated with an exceptionally high concentration of Magnesium Sulphate (MgSO4 – food grade Epsom Salts) that makes it virtually impossible for bacteria and viruses to survive.

Regular deep cleanse through Activated Charcoal Filters.

Air Quality

We have installed a top-of-the-line ventilation system that ensures a regular complete change of air in each room to ensure you have constant access to clean fresh air.

Surface Cleaning

We disinfect all touch surfaces including door handles, taps, sinks, etc as well as the internal surfaces of the pods / pool between every client.
