The most incredible experience on every level. To walk out and be pain free for a few hours was the most amazing feeling. From the moment you walk through the doors there is a calmness and total pampering. The pre-talk is worth the time as it helps prepare you for floatation and it is not until afterward that you realise the value of the introduction. We will definitely be returning. What an amazing way to experience what’s on offer at the Floatation Sanctuary. The quality of the facility, it’s fixtures and decor are comparable to luxury hotels and accomodation I’ve visited around the world. And service to match that is welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend trying any or all of the services at the Floatation Sanctuary.

Coming off nightshift and straight in for a float I feel amazing feels like my body got the rest and recovery needed will be doing this after every nightshift!

Always a fantastic time, I am 34 weeks pregnant and starting to struggle with the extra weight on my joints and my brain going overtime with excitement waiting for our wee boy to arrive, I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to relax as much this time but I was very surprised, I was very relaxed and came out of it feeling refreshed and with more energy than I have had in a long time.
